What will your typical day look like?

As a Functional EPM Lead, your day is all about providing our clients with functional expertise and helping them transform their businesses with effective planning, budgeting and forecasting and performance solutions. You’ll:
• Lead implementations of Enterprise Performance Management Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting solutions, prioritizing alignment with client business processes and goals.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business user needs into business process and solution designs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Provide functional business process expertise for Cloud-based EPM solutions
• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and executive leadership, to deliver impactful, business-driven solutions.
• Guide testing phases-including UAT-and facilitate end-user training to ensure solution adoption and functional success to maximize solution adoption.
• Share insights from experience, lessons learned and bring planning & budgeting leading practice to enrich client engagements and drive continuous improvement.
• Work alongside peers in broader Finance Transformation programs and be comfortable with end to end design and managing dependencies
• Facilitate sales cycles and business development as part of your consulting responsibilities
• Mentor and coach junior staff within the broader practice

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You’re someone who brings functional expertise and business acumen to the table, whichever EPM solution you’ve used. You are:
• A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Equipped with 5+ years of functional experience in EPM solution delivery with tool(s) includingOracle (EPBCS, PBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning), Anaplan, OneStream XF, Tagetik, SAP BPC, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Confident in your understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting fundamentals-
• Skilled in leading implementations in either consulting or enterprise settings and comfortable at navigating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong in translating business needs into user-centric configurations and functional workflows.
• A strong problem-solver with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
• An effective communicator-able to engage teammates, business users, IT partners, and executives with clarity and purpose.
• Adept at project management, including the ability to manage forecasts, multiple priorities, dependencies, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experienced in guiding UAT, providing functional support, and producing documentation that drive adoption.
• Proficient in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis tools.
• Experienced in working on sales or business development
• Advantageous to hold software and/or consulting certifications or demonstrable experience in EPM platforms and bring a broader perspective on platform strengths.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
