As a Consultant on the AI & Data Transformation team, you will work at the intersection of business strategy, data, and artificial intelligence-helping clients design and deliver AI-enabled transformations that create measurable value.
Your day could include:
• Leading and facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business priorities, operating models, and strategic challenges.
• Designing future-state AI and data-driven solutions, including use cases leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics.
• Driving the development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), pilot initiatives, governance frameworks, and multi-year AI roadmaps.
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories, executive-ready decks, and structured recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and fellow consultants to deliver end-to-end AI and data transformation initiatives across industries such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare, Energy, and Consumer.
• Supporting engagement management activities, including work planning, junior team member coaching, and client deliverable quality assurance.

You are someone who brings both analytical rigor and business judgment. For this role, you bring:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, data strategy, or AI-related roles.
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, or data transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, synthesize insights, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to client-facing deliverables.
• Strong storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and other data visualization or presentation tools.
• Comfort navigating evolving problem spaces and taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
