The CAMH Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is currently seeking a Project Manager for a full-time contract position (12 months). The Project Manager (PM) will report directly to the EPMO Senior Portfolio Manager, Digital Acceleration and Initiatives, and to project sponsors for project deliverables. The Project Manager will primarily work with the DATIS program, and other projects as assigned.

The DATIS team works with mental health and addictions service providers, government, and system partners, including Ontario Health's Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Centre of Excellence (CoE). DATIS manages provincial products and applications, including storage and maintenance of provincial data sets supporting stakeholder data and reporting needs through the provision of dashboards and analytics, data quality and governance guidance resources, and a provincial service desk. The development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships and knowledge of service delivery complexities in the MH&A and harm reduction sectors is the foundation of DATIS’ work.

This project will be to manage the work plan and deliverables for each of the Provincial Data Set (PDS) implementation and Ontario Structured Psychotherapy data plan, as outlined by Ontario Health’s MHA Centre of Excellence (CoE) and align with the CoE’s Data and Reporting Strategy. Deliverables will require knowledge and experience in supporting data systems implementation and technical infrastructure support. The Project Manager will be a direct liaison between DATIS and the CoE team and will engage stakeholders from both teams to ensure deliverables are met. Resource management and stakeholder engagement will be required as part of the project deliverables.

The incumbent will be responsible for hands-on leadership as well as execution of work in order to achieve goals and objectives relating to the assigned project(s).

The Project Manager will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to CAMH. The Project Manager will develop work plans, accountabilities, timelines, requirements, communication plans, change management plans, training plans, etc. for the assigned project(s) with key stakeholders and ensure these deliverables are developed and executed in a manner which supports agreed upon timelines and objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the project(s) in accordance with EPMO processes. This position may also include project administrative tasks.
