S/4HANA Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled S/4HANA ABAP Development Lead with a minimum of 6 years of experience in S/4HANA ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Technical conversion projects, including code remediation, SPDD, SPAU, and resolution of conversion-related ABAP issues

• Minimum 6+ years of S/4HANA ABAP development experience with atleast 1 SAP ECC to S/4HANA Technical conversion project and 1 S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation
• Mandatory to have hands-on experience in S/4HANA ABAP code remediation due to SAP ECC to S/4HANA technical conversion, SPDD, SPAU, SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion-related ABAP issue resolutions, work with client and guide on code recommendations and changes to the custom and standard programs.
• Lead onshore and offshore team and help in resolving the Code issues. Handle/Develop the RICEFW objects and track status from the team
• Development experience in areas of S/4 HANA ABAP, SOAP services, ABAP, User exists, Business Add Ins, Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit), BTE, BRF+, and/or Adobe Forms
• Experience with ABAP on HANA covering any of CDS views, OData services and Integration experience with different Cloud and On-Prem and SaaS systems (C4C, Successfactors), Interface remediations, redesign due to SAP PO to SAP BTP CPI migration
• A minimum of three years of experience in providing S/4HANA ABAP development and/or support services to SAP domains ie: SAP Finance, OTC or Supply Chain in a complex ERP environment or SAP IS-U
• Experience with ABAP Cloud elements, for example: ADT, CDS, or RAP
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
• Should have certification in SAP S/4HANA ABAP
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, should be detail oriented, work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts and ideas to senior IT management, functional and business teams.

• Experience in Utilities projects
• You have knowledge of Fiori and Ul5 development
• Knowledge and Certification in SAP BTP IS
