About the role you’re considering:
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional coordination and drive operational excellence across engineering programs. You’ll oversee risk, budget, and milestone alignment at the Center of Competence (CoC) level, ensure test needs are met in collaboration with the Tests Department, and represent engineering priorities in governance forums. From consolidating project interdependencies to supporting KPI development and financial targets, you’ll be a key player in enabling strategic execution and continuous improvement. Ideal for experienced Project Engineers or Program Managers ready to make a broad impact.
Your role:
- Survey and ensure adherence to MISP (major in-service Problem), Competitiveness and Sustainability milestones and CAW (Continuous AirWorthiness - safety issues) - items coordinated by M.Smith, and build the consolidated view at CoC level (accountability at DO level)
- Consolidate Risk & Ops at CoC level
- Collect all CoC flight/ground/rig test needs, coordinating with ABIV (Tests Department) to ensure overall test plan satisfies these needs, and represents ABIE in the priority calls with ABB/ABE
- Coordinate the Monthly Business Review inputs at Department levels, and consolidate at CoC level
- OP/FC budget consolidation and convergence with Program and Portfolios; formalizing by memo the CoC commitments
- Finance Control for the CoC to meet its Target Letter and ensure adherence Budget envelope to TFO target
- Coordinate KPI adherence and improvement actions (KPI not yet deployed - participate to the KPI definition)
- Drumbeat CoC level actions from PDT Ops, DPM, 1-PRM, ASB, MFT, EPR. etc …
- Lead Execution of PCR collectors (ex. Software builds)
- Consolidate Project interdependencies (not intra-project as managed by DO), and facilitate arbitration between project priorities.
- Privileged focal in the governance with ABB (PDT), ensuring minutes/actions cascaded to relevant Ho Department
Identify/check complex Projects requiring Engineering Route Book (in trial phase on Propulsion)
Your skills and experience:
Must have qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- English Speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excel/Google Sheet experience
- Program Management Experience
- Project Management Certification
- Experience in Aerospace
Bi-lingual in French and English

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $114,000 - $156,000.
