THE ROLEAs a Senior Compensation Analyst with CFMWS, you will play a key role in shaping how our organization attracts, motivates, and retains talent. In this analytical and highly collaborative role, you’ll support the design and evolution of our job architecture and compensation frameworks, ensuring they are fair, competitive, and aligned with organizational strategy.
You will dive deep into market data, job evaluation, and compensation modelling to help leaders make informed decisions. Your work will guide organizational design, improve classification processes, and enhance total rewards programs across CFMWS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys solving complex classification and compensation challenges, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, HR, Social Sciences or a related field AND several years of experience in compensation analysis or job architecture OR in-depth experience in directly related fields of expertise such as Total Rewards

In developing and maintaining job classification frameworks
In conducting market analysis and intelligence gathering
In job evaluation and profile rationalization
In supporting compensation program design and implementation
In a unionized environment with classification implications
In providing analytical support and guidance
In managing data-intensive projects
In conducting research for compensation architecture

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager. However, we are open to considering applicants who wish to work remotely from another location within Canada. Flexibility in work arrangements is available for exceptional candidates across the country.
