YOUR MISSION

• Operate computerized plant controls for asphalt production
• Monitor temperatures, mix quality, and production rates
• Load finished asphalt into dump trucks
• Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
• Troubleshoot conveyors, dryers, pumps, and related equipment
• Maintain production records and input data into control systems
• Follow all safety and housekeeping requirements

YOUR DNA

• 7–10 years of experience in the asphalt industry or experience operating batch asphalt plants
• Strong mechanical ability; millwright skills an asset
• Comfortable with computerized control systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Trade or heavy equipment certification an asset
• Physically demanding work; lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, dust, and noise
• 10–12 hour shifts with overtime and weekends during peak season
