Job Description

We are:

Talent & Organization - we help Financial Services clients co-create the workforce and organizations of the future. We use data-driven insights to guide transformation, designing agile structures and empowering leaders to drive performance. We create digital experiences employees love and build the leadership capabilities needed for continuous reinvention. Our people and approach put us at the forefront of organizational transformation in Financial Services. We help clients rethink their operating models, talent strategies, and cultures to accelerate digital adoption, manage regulatory complexity, and deliver customer-centric growth.

You are:
A transformational leader with deep experience guiding retail and consumer-facing organizations through complex change. You understand that retail transformation is about both the customer and the people who serve them - from store associates to district and regional leaders. You know how to engage frontline stakeholders, store operations, merchandising, supply chain and IT partners; drive cultural shifts that improve customer experience and sales; and embed agile, data-driven ways of working into retail operations. You bring a strategic mindset, commercial problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity. As a trusted advisor, you thrive on helping retailers navigate digital and operational change and build the workforce capability to succeed in an omnichannel environment.

The work:

  • Develop holistic, human-centered change strategies that address customer, risk, HR, technology, and transformation.

  • Translate client strategy into comprehensive transformation programs that enhance culture, agility, and ways of working.

  • Design and implement human-centered strategies that improve organizational agility, leadership effectiveness, employee experience and ways of working.

  • Utilize advanced change methodologies and tools, including:

  • Predictive analytics for change and adoption tracking

  • Engagement, collaboration, and workshop facilitation tools

  • Experience design using personas and workforce insights

  • Guide executive alignment and stakeholder engagement to drive commitment and momentum across the enterprise.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Financial Services leaders, helping them navigate transformation challenges and opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring delivery excellence and professional growth.

  • Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and account growth.

  • Contribute to thought leadership-developing insights, market perspectives, and best practices that shape the future of change management in Financial Services.
