What you'll do:
The Oracle EBS / HRMS Analyst will support the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a strong understanding of HRMS processes, with a focus on Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules.

Support HRMS and Payroll processes, including Hire-to-Retire activities such as Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations.

Provide expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Compensation Workbench, Payroll (US), Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.
What you'll need:
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ with a focus on HRMS and HCM modules.
Expertise in the following Oracle EBS HCM modules:
Compensation Workbench
P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Payroll (US)
P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Performance Management
P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Time & Labor
P1 - Oracle EBS HCM User Productivity Toolkit
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, including Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
