WORK YOU WILL DO:

The Infra Managed Services Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure within the organization. This position involves setting up, repairing, and upgrading laptops and desktops, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing end-user support and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, repair, and upgrade laptops and desktops in compliance with company standards and policies.

  • Monitor and maintain the security, performance, and functionality of laptops and desktops, including antivirus, updates, backups, and encryption.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

  • Provide user support and training on Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other company-approved applications.

  • Coordinate with IT staff and external vendors to ensure the quality and availability of IT services.

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure all devices comply with company security protocols and standards.

  • Proactively monitor and address potential vulnerabilities to maintain a secure IT environment.

  • Must be able to work on site 5 days per week and travel to different locations as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows 11, Office 365, Intune and Active Directory

  • Working knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware, software, and peripherals

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.

  • Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
