You know how to come up with strategies, solutions, and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data life cycle. You’re a digital native who’s right at home when the challenge calls for teamwork and originality.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and support Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using SaaS-based MDM platforms such as Informatica IDMC (C360/B360) or Reltio, including configuration, customization, and ongoing operations.
- Define and implement MDM strategies encompassing data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks using tools like Informatica CDQ, CDGC, and Collibra.
- Build and optimize end-to-end data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) to enable seamless data movement across hybrid environments.
- Design and implement real-time and event-driven pipelines leveraging Pub/Sub architectures and messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or equivalent technologies.
- Develop and orchestrate API-led integrations and event-based workflows using Informatica CAI, ensuring near real-time data synchronization and process automation.
- Deliver clean, harmonized, and scalable datasets prepared for MDM and downstream analytics, applying data profiling, standardization, enrichment, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with data architects and governance teams to define master data domains, survivorship rules, and identity resolution logic aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability testing for batch and real-time data pipelines to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and throughput.
- Support data onboarding, enrichment, survivorship, and golden record publication processes to maintain high-quality master data across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for integration, MDM, and data quality components to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
What You Need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using leading platforms such as Informatica IDMC (C360/B360), Profisee, or similar SaaS MDM tools.
- Proven experience in data integration development using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) - including building batch, real-time, and event-driven pipelines across multiple source systems.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for API-based orchestration, process automation, and real-time data synchronization between enterprise and cloud systems.
- Strong expertise in event-driven integration architectures, including hands-on experience with Pub/Sub messaging systems, Kafka, or Azure Event Hub to enable near real-time data ingestion and propagation.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing API-led integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and Informatica CAI API services for seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Deep understanding of data quality, metadata management, and governance processes, including profiling, parsing, standardization, de-duplication, and enrichment using tools such as Informatica CDQ and CDGC.
- Experience conducting data discovery, profiling, and cataloging to assess current-state data assets and define future-state integration and MDM architectures.
- Proven ability to define and operationalize data classification, business glossaries, and business rules, ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying data bottlenecks, optimizing pipeline performance, and improving scalability across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with data architects, business stakeholders, and governance teams in delivering enterprise data solutions.
