You Are:

The Lead Designer plays a pivotal role within the pharma client’s internal creative agency team, serving as the creative lead for assigned projects. This position requires a dynamic individual who can oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring that business requirements and content owner needs are seamlessly integrated into creative solutions. The Lead Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, strategically aligned design outputs that inspire and engage customers while meeting creative and regulatory standards.

The role spans multiple channels, including email, banners, social media, web content, and print, with a focus on derivative content, leveraging previously approved materials to create innovative and engaging new assets.

The Work:

  • Creative Leadership:

    • Conceptualize, storyboard, prototype, and design world-class creative solutions across print, digital, and other media formats.

    • Serve as the creative lead for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.

    • Pitch and present creative work with clear rationale, demonstrating how designs support broader business objectives.

  • Project Ownership:

    • Own the design and creative development process from concept to production, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout.

    • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to provide guidance on project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Compliance and Standards:

    • Stay updated on market branding standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all creative outputs align with legal and compliance requirements.

  • Team Collaboration and Growth:

    • Provide constructive feedback to support the learning and growth of the design team.

    • Work effectively in a team-based, remote environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Innovation and Trends:

    • Demonstrate a passion for emerging technologies and trends, staying abreast of advancements in the digital and creative landscape.

Qualifications

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design for print and digital media.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • 1+ year of experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma, as well as HTML, video editing tools, and other web design applications.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Bonus Points if you Have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • A strong eye for visual composition and design, with the ability to execute broad creative visions effectively.
  • Familiarity with emerging design tools and technologies, ensuring innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
