  • 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. – Priority task/project #1
  • 2.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. – Lunch
  • 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. – Priority task/project #2
  • 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. – Dinner
  • 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. – Relax/free time
  • 6.30 p.m to 8.00 p.m. – Gym
  • 8.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. – Priority task/project #3
  • 9.00 p.m. to 11.30 p.m – Evening ritual
