Position Summary
The Lead, Knowledge Mobilization is responsible for the development and implementation of a network-wide knowledge mobilization (KM) strategy to ensure that UHN Connected Care products are relevant and applicable for knowledge users (e.g., decision-makers, clinicians, industry partners, etc.). Reporting to the Manager, Strategy & Partnerships, the Lead will promote the scale and spread of Connected Care Program; leveraging the expertise of a broad partner network and applying knowledge mobilization best practices to enhance UHN Connected Care activities, working closely with internally and externally-based partners.
