Position Summary

The Epic MyChart Application Analyst is a crucial member of the Digital Project team. This position entails close collaboration with fellow team members to enhance daily healthcare operations by providing patients with convenient and secure access to their personal health information, as well as facilitating effective communication with their care teams through the Epic Health Information System (HIS). The Epic Application Analyst will engage in a range of activities, including system configuration and build, business and system analysis, support tasks, and testing. This is a second-level application implementation role that necessitates a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and business aspects of UHN Digital’s supported applications. Areas of focus include appointment management, medication management, messaging, test results, health summaries, e-check-in, and proxy access workflows.
