Plumber / Pipefitter

Flights paid- 14/14 rotations
Quick start – no client interview

• $33 to $47/hr depending on experience

• +$180/day per diem for workers living 100 km+ away

• Flights paid for rotation workers (7/7 or 14/14)

Available fixed shifts (optional):

• Day (Mon–Thu): 6:30am–4:30pm

• Evening (Mon–Thu): 4:30pm–2:30am

• Weekend (Fri–Sun): 6:00am–6:00pm

• Assembly, installation, and adjustment of piping, ventilation, and mechanical systems

• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and sketches

• Performing mechanical assembly and pressure tests

• HVAC installation and mechanical systems work

• Cutting, bending, brazing, and adjusting components

• Equipment operation and maintenance

• Other related duties

One of the following is required:

• DEP Plumbing-Heating

• DEP Heavy Machinery

• DEP Marine Mechanics

• CCQ card (apprentice or journeyman):

  • Construction Mechanic

  • Heavy Equipment Mechanic

  • Pipefitter / Steamfitter

  • Refrigeration Technician

  • Sprinkler Fitter

  • Sheet Metal Worker

  • Expired CCQ cards accepted

• 306A – Plumber

• 307A – Steamfitter

• 308A – Sheet Metal Worker

• 313A – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

• 313D – Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic

• 415A – Sprinkler & Fire Protection Installer

• 421A – Heavy Duty Equipment Technician

• 435A – Industrial Mechanic/Millwright

• Safety boots required

• Ability to speak French

• Must obtain federal security clearance (employer manages the process)
