Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

The associate in this position will work closely with User Experience (UX), Marketing and Merchandising teams to implement processes, best practices for online promotions and curated lists to bring the in-store experience online. The candidate in this role will also have strong ties with our product management and IT teams to support promotion-engine system upgrades, facilitate meetings with cross functional teams on new promo initiatives and product integration, troubleshooting and overall content maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce, Digital Promotions Specialist
- Act as a leader and innovator when establishing digital promotions processes
- Act as SME on the programs, processes and systems used to execute
- Be the voice and corporate Change Agent for the program
- Maintain and oversee the implementation of daily/weekly quality checks
- Facilitate promotion parity across stores and online channel
- Work with UX team to enhance experience and request visual assets
- Create, track, and maintain online promotions and curated categories as requested via Zendesk
- Report on promotion performance in a weekly cadence
- Prepare business cases for new promo opportunities on homedepot.ca
Partnering
- Ability to lead and motivate while fostering strong inter-team and inter-departmental relationships

Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree/diploma program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required
