Additionally, participation in external educational committees within the Toronto Academic Health Sciences Network (TAHSN) and beyond, and the establishment of effective relationships with educational institutions will be integral to your commitment to educational excellence. Our dedication to evidence-based practices extends to new learning and teaching concepts, while educational research will focus on knowledge translation, bridging the gap between scientific research and clinical practice. Recognizing the critical role of the Simulation Centre, the Vice President of Education will be at the forefront of advancing this crucial component within Sunnybrook's comprehensive education strategy.   Education and qualifications   The role of Vice President of Education at Sunnybrook necessitates a strong educational background, preferably at the Masters level, or equivalent (e.g., M.D. coupled with recognized health administration credentials).
