As Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in the company's growth plan! You'll have to ensure that the company maintains its position as a leader in the design of parts and accessories for powersports vehicles. You'll have the opportunity to supervise a diverse team of some 30 motivated employees, collaborate with passionate teams and generate a variety of innovative products for the world's leading powersports vehicle manufacturers! - Support and collaborate with the department's project managers and technical experts to deliver quality products on time and on budget;
- Provide inspirational leadership to ensure good working relationships within the team and with other departments;
- Promote and continue to instill a culture of innovation within the team;
- Continue to improve our product development process by implementing industry best practices;
- Keep abreast of market trends and world-class practices;
- Actively participate in the development of the subsidiary's strategic plan
