The impact you will have

As a Microsoft ATC Strategy and Operations Manager within our Microsoft Practice, you’ll connect people, processes, and priorities-enabling our Microsoft experts to deliver high-value labs and learning paths. Your impact will be measured by how frequently customers, partners, and sellers leverage the ATC (Advanced Technology Center) to explore Microsoft’s portfolio. By staying current on Microsoft trends and deeply understanding our customer needs, you’ll ensure we deliver relevant, differentiated, and disruptive experiences in the ATC that drive the adoption of Microsoft technology.

What you’ll do

  • Shape our differentiation as a Microsoft partner by ensuring Microsoft ATC intellectual property is embedded into our services and solution portfolio
  • Own the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and coordination of all Microsoft related Labs, POCs & Learning development for the ATC, in close partnership with the Microsoft Practice team
  • Provide proactive stakeholder communication, including visibility into execution timelines, dependencies and resource constraints to ensure alignment and predictable delivery
  • Lead the strategy and operational execution that drives downstream revenue and field margin impact from customer engagement with Microsoft Labs and Learning Paths within the ATC
  • Track engagement metrics and customer outcomes, communicate success stories and wins to demonstrate business impact
  • Serve as the single point of contact for collaboration with our ATC counterparts at WWT to ensure the successful launch of new Labs and Learning Paths
  • Establish and maintain governance for all Microsoft Labs & Learning content within the ATC, ensuring it remains relevant, current, and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner closely with the Microsoft GTM Program Manager to ensure timely and effective communication of updates to sellers, customers, and our Microsoft partner teams
  • Bring structure, clarity, and operational rhythm to the ATC, you’ll help ensure consistent, high-quality Microsoft labs & learning paths are readily available ‑quality Microsoft labs & learning paths are readily available

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft portfolio, including Security, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, and Data Platforms
  • Proven experience improving, scaling, and optimizing operational and delivery processes
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and lead cross functional project workgroups with clarity and confidence

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, with a focus on program management, process management, or process improvement
  • 7+ years of combined experience in areas such as project management, program management, process improvement, change management, or large‑scale operational execution
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional with a minimum of two active certifications across Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or Security categories
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment

Compensation:


A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000 -$125,000 annually.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
