The AskHR Knowledge & Education team plays a critical role in supporting employee self-service by maintaining high-quality HR content, improving knowledge resources, and enhancing the employee experience.


As an HR Knowledge Management & Employee Experience Co-op, you will help organize, maintain, and improve HR knowledge content used by employees across the organization. Working alongside Knowledge Management professionals, HR subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners, you will gain experience in content management, employee experience, process improvement, reporting, and digital knowledge solutions.


This role is ideal for students who enjoy organizing information, conducting research, collaborating with stakeholders, improving processes, and creating clear, user-friendly content.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the review, maintenance, and updating of HR knowledge articles, employee resources, guides, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR subject matter experts and content owners to ensure information remains accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Assist with content cleanup, standardization, and quality assurance efforts across internal knowledge management platforms.
  • Gather information from stakeholders and business partners to support content updates and knowledge management initiatives.
  • Support projects focused on improving employee self-service experiences and content accessibility.
  • Maintain trackers and documentation to support governance, content review schedules, and project activities.
  • Compile and analyze usage metrics, reporting data, and content performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on content quality, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with team members across HR, Operations, and Digital Experience teams on special projects and business initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Management, Professional Writing, English, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to organize, interpret, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Interest in human resources, knowledge management, employee experience, content strategy, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative solutions.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting research, creating documentation, editing content, or managing information repositories.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools to analyze and present data.
  • Interest in generative AI technologies and their application within knowledge management and employee experience functions.
  • Experience supporting projects, collaborating with stakeholders, or participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between:

$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD


The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
