Join our GB Operations Enablement team as a Data Analyst focused on Workforce Management. This is a strategic opportunity to use data to improve staffing efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and support operational planning. You’ll work with modern tools like Power BI, SQL, and Azure Databricks, and apply emerging technologies like Generative AI to solve real business challenges. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while growing your technical and analytical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends in staffing, productivity, and capacity planning.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for forecasting and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Extract and transform data using SQL and cloud platforms like Azure Databricks.

  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, or business intelligence.

  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, Python, Power Apps/Automate.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).

  • Knowledge of workforce management systems and cloud data platforms.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$57,675.00 CAD - $96,125.00 CAD
