The AdminAdvantage Administration team is looking for a Bilingual Documentation Specialist who is passionate about process documentation, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in supporting business readiness, developing procedural documentation, and enabling successful project execution across multiple teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for systems, processes, and products.

  • Support management change by updating workflows and communicating changes to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content and procedural consistency.

  • Assist with complex cases and technical inquiries, providing expert guidance when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

  • 3+ years of experience in process documentation in a professional environment.

  • Strong writing and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in adult education or training design is a strong asset.

  • Experience in Group Benefits or the financial industry is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong influencing and problem-solving skills.

Salary range is expected to be between

$51,375.00 CAD - $85,625.00 CAD
