On behalf of our GoC Defence client, S.i. Systems is searching for ERP System Analyst (DRMIS Field Service Representative) to deliver embedded, front-line SAP/DRMIS support for aircraft maintenance organizations.


The analyst will work directly with Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) technicians, supervisors, and senior maintenance managers to enable effective use of the DRMIS Enterprise Maintenance system during daily operations, exercises, and deployments.


Must Haves:

  • 3+ years’ experience with SAP PM/MM or DRMIS aircraft maintenance modules
  • Experience supporting field users in operational or deployed technical environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to coach and instruct end-users
  • Familiarity with service desk/ticketing, incident triage, and functional troubleshooting
  • Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:


Front-Line DRMIS Functional Support

Provide daily assistance for DRMIS incidents, outages, user access, and data errors

Support aviation maintenance personnel in PM, MM, ADO, MAP/QM and related processes

Troubleshoot functional issues in maintenance orders, notifications, task cards, and servicing workflows

Training, Coaching & Instruction

Deliver on-the-job coaching to RCAF technicians on DRMIS usage

Create or maintain lesson plans, job aids, and training materials for CC295 maintenance

Facilitate training sessions in the PM training database, including MMR/EMR creation

Data Integrity & Maintenance Planning

Validate maintenance structures, equipment records, maintenance requirements, and planning data

Analyze historical maintenance trends and assist with preventative maintenance forecasting

Ensure data readiness for deployments and pack-up kits, including login and equipment readiness

Liaison & Coordination

Act as the link between operational maintenance staff and the central DRMIS/ERP support team

Consult with senior maintenance management and external agencies regarding data quality and workflow optimization

Support the DDRMIS team with testing quarterly fixes, enhancements, and software updates

Technical & Hardware Support

Provide hands-on support for DRMIS-related hardware, including deployed laptops, FTP servers, and connectivity issues

Maintain continuity of DRMIS access during deployments, exercises, and remote operations
