Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled technical resource with expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks to design, develop, and implement enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead integration design workshops, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration across systems.

Role Deliverables

Integration Design & Workshops

• Facilitate and lead integration design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze requirements to define integration architecture and patterns.
• Document integration specifications, mapping, and workflows.

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5.x/BW6.x).
• Configure shared resources, create process definitions, and implement message transports.
• Develop SOAP and REST-based web services for system communication.
• Perform data transformation and mapping using TIBCO tools.

Testing & Deployment

• Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT for integration components.
• Build and deploy EAR files using TIBCO Administrator.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.

Collaboration & Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Work closely with platform teams to ensure secure and reliable communication.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices during workshops and implementation phases.

Education/Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Databricks, or similar enterprise systems integration.
• Understanding of cloud integration, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem.
• Certification in TIBCO or related integration technologies

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5.x/BW6.x) and TIBCO EMS.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience in data transformation, mapping, and error handling.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware standards.
• Knowledge of API management, system migration, and enterprise integration strategies.

Other Skills

• Capable of leading as an integration architect and assisting the team in designing integration patterns and ETL jobs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops.
