Description
Our utilities client is seeking a Technology Adoption Specialist to help push adoption of M365 technologies and creating instructional documentation (articles and videos) for M365, ServiceNow, and other technology platforms - 21926
Initially a 3 month contract. 37.5 hours/week. Candidates in Lower Mainland that can come on-site hybrid model to Burnaby preferred. Remote candidates can be considered - must work in PST time zone business working hours within Canada.
Must Have:
- Experience in Camtasia to develop training videos
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Access)
- Must be available to work PST business hours
Nice to Have:
-a marketing skill set will be considered an asset
- M365 experience will be considered an asset
Role Responsibility: Primarily will be responsible for rolling out applications (marketing and creating instructional documentation, namely articles and videos) for M365, ServiceNow, and other technology platforms.
