Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager help the client reach Wealth strategic goals by collaborating with stakeholders and leading an RFP process for a desired solution.

Overview:

Work on the Project team to help ultimately select a comprehensive tech solution to enable the client to build a solid foundation with scalable technology. This will include supporting the client through the RFP process.

Must Have's:

• 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management
• Project Delivery experience in Wealth / Asset Management
• Lead Request for Proposal process and vendor evaluation
• Experience implementing investment management platforms and/or portfolio management systems is considered a differentiator
• Proven leadership experience across multiple teams

*** Deep understanding of (PIM) Private Investment Management, Dealer, Asset Management, Order Management is highly sought after

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm the problems to be solved, expected outcomes and project deliverables
• Lead Request for Proposal process and vendor evaluation
• Identify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative
• Assign deliverables, tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules and plans
• Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required
• Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative
• Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship
• Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders
