CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Years of experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience

Degree/Certifications Required: post-secondary education, any discipline. PMP an asset, Scaled Agile

Reason for request/why opened: to support lead/senior PMs

Project Scope: regulatory work

% Interaction with Stakeholders: minimal, just based on vacation coverage

Team Size: each pod has 5-10 people

Selling Points of Position: opportunity to support a prominent FI with large scale project

Best Vs Average Candidate: Ideal candidate would be a PA, PCO or Scrum Master looking to become PM

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PM with regulatory landscape experience will be supporting the ramp up of 4 business-resourced workstreams. Senior PM is seeking a candidate with JIRA & Confluence skills, to coach the team through use of these tools and relay the status accordingly.

While the workstreams will utilize JIRA boards for their execution, they are not part of Journey or Platform. This role will support detailed execution management - senior PM is seeking a candidate with strong JIRA & Confluence skills, to coach the team through use of these tools and relay the status accordingly.

MUST HAVE:

1.) JIRA & Confluence - 5 years of experience

2.) PDLC and/or AGILE experience

NICE TO HAVE

1.) Previous FI (especially TD experience)

2.) Delivery experience supporting regulatory work

3.) PMP
