Job Description

• Develop and manage end to end roadmap across multiple workstreams
• Manage changes to scope, budget and timelines within delegated authority and escalate issues and impediments to stakeholders as necessary
• Actively manage the plan, scope, risk, dependencies and resources, resolve conflicting priorities with stakeholders and manage risks/assumptions
• Define and operationalize governances and ways of working
• Facilitate optimal realization of benefits, identifying potential gaps in delivery of anticipated program benefits and working with Executive Governance group to explore options. Assess program success and benefits realization.
• Lead the team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the deliverables under the Program ensuring projects are aligned to established corporate methodologies and best practices.
• Chairing committees within the governance structure

To join our team:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field.
• You have 12-15 years of experience in Program/ Project Management (multi-million-dollar projects/ programs with multiple workstreams) around two or more of the following areas: Digital Transformation, Guidewire, APIs, Client Onboarding, Customer Success.
• At least 2-3 years of experience within the insurance and financial services preferred
• You have a PMP or PGMP designation (Preferred)
• You worked on large projects and/or programs in complex environments with proven experiences in IT initiatives but also have a business orientation
• Comfort in operating at a macro-level with executives, preparing presentations and, ability to zoom in to be hands-on on an ongoing basis including project level meetings, solving sprint impediments etc.
