Description
Duration: Long Term contract
Location: Hybrid - Toronto (1x/month)
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead end to end delivery of the Contact Center Migration Path forward projects
• Responsible for managing relationships with business and IT stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Monitor and track project costs and schedule to ensure delivery within the constraints of cost, time and quality.
• Generate bi-weekly status reports and present status to executive management - both business and IT
• Provide guidance and support to the project team from technical perspective.
Must haves:
- 10+ years as an Project Manager preferably leading contact center migrations
- 3+ years with Genesys platform products (Genesys Pure Connect, Genesys Cloud)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using agile techniques (Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including iteration planning, retrospectives, standups)
Nice to haves:
- Experience migrating Genesys contact centers
- PMP
