Duration: 3-6 months (extensions likely)
Location: Etobicoke, Hybrid - 3 days/week

Our client is seeking a senior L3 CyberArk Privilege Cloud Engineer to support the maturity of its privileged access management practice in response to current cyber, security, and PCI compliance priorities. The organization is already operating in CyberArk Privilege Cloud and requires an experienced hands-on engineer who can provide advanced operational support, complex troubleshooting, integration support, platform optimization, and security best-practice guidance across the PAM environment. This is a senior contract role intended to provide immediate support to the existing CyberArk platform owner while helping strengthen the client’s broader PAM capability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L3 engineering and operational support for CyberArk Privilege Cloud / SaaS PAM.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting for complex CyberArk issues, escalations, and platform-related incidents.
- Support the ongoing maturity of the client’s privileged access management practice.
- Assist with CyberArk Privilege Cloud administration, configuration, optimization, and operational stability.
- Support integrations between CyberArk and enterprise systems, including identity, authentication, directory, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
- Develop and support automation scripts using tools such as PowerShell, CyberArk APIs, and REST APIs.
- Help drive security best practices, compliance readiness, and platform controls within CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
- Support PAM-related remediation activities connected to audit, PCI, and cyber maturity initiatives.
- Work with IAM, security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and platform teams to support evolving business integration needs.
- Provide guidance on access workflows, PAM policy considerations, and platform management where required.
- Support privileged access across enterprise platforms including Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Active Directory, and cloud environments.
- Document technical work, troubleshooting steps, integrations, and operational processes as needed.
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
- Advanced L3 CyberArk engineering and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience supporting CyberArk in a live enterprise production environment.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts, controls, and best practices.
- Experience with CyberArk integrations involving AD, LDAP, authentication platforms, cloud integrations, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk APIs, REST APIs, PowerShell, and automation scripting.
- Strong technical understanding of Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Active Directory, and related enterprise platforms.
- Ability to support complex CyberArk integrations based on evolving business requirements.
- Experience supporting security, compliance, audit, or PCI-related PAM initiatives.
- Ability to operate independently and provide senior-level support to an existing PAM/platform team.
- CyberArk Conjur, Secrets Hub, DAP, or broader secrets management experience.
- Experience with CyberArk EPM or other CyberArk product modules.
- Experience with cloud-native privileged access use cases.
- Experience supporting PAM maturity, audit remediation, or cyber program buildout.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy enterprise environment.
