Location: Hybrid 2 days a week (Moving to 4 days a week in office in Nov)

Scope of Project: Universal messaging platform - This pod manages intake request coming in from stakeholders (Universal messaging Platform)

Team Size/Culture: 40ppl but working on a POD of 10-15 ppl

Training Period: Up to speed within a month

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g. Solution Architects and Quality Assurance staff)
• Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed level user stories including functional specifications and non-functional specifications
• Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
• Support and contribute to agile ceremonies/activities by participating in the standups, story refinements and estimating of feature efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the pod.
• Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements

Must have's:

• Previous BSA experience
• Delivery experience
• Business Object Implementation
• Jira/ Confluence
