Sr. Banking Business Analyst supporting Digital banking projects - 56544

Duration: 2 years

Work Location: Toronto ON - hybrid, currently 2 days on site, 4 days starting January 2026,

- Anchor Days (if applicable): Monday and Tuesday (flexible)

37.5 hours / week

Scope of Project:

Supporting Youth and Student Segment, supporting 3 pods to help build out business requirements package for any of the features within these pods (Canadian Personal Banking)

Team Size/Culture: 5 people on the direct team + pods of 10-20 people each - very collaborative, team player, partnership and cross functional team work, Agile environment

Preferred Candidate Background: former banking and Agile experience as a Business Analyst

Selling Points of Position (CVP): Youth and Student Segment is a critical customer segment - tons of growth opportunity, long-term opportunity, exposure to lots of technical and customer facing projects

Daily Responsibilities:

The Everyday Advice Journey, Youth & Student Product Group is responsible for understanding and serving Youth/Student needs and experiences from end-to-end.

We are continuously contributing to building innovative products and services that exceed customers' expectations.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

Years of Overall Experience: 5+ years of experience

1.) Previous banking experience who has worked within Agile/Next evolution of work

2.) Experience using Jira and confluence

3.) Understanding a project/capability/solution and being able to build out a requirement for that

4.) Someone who has supported various digital or IT based projects\

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Project Management experience

2.) Agile certification

Degree/Certifications Required: Post secondary is preferred, Agile certifications would be an asset (Lean six sigma, yellow belt, green belt)
