Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager to support the Senior Manager of Financial Statements in coordinating the end-to-end financial statements compilation process. This role focuses on tracking deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring internal consistency, and supporting the resolution of external audit review comments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor internal consistency across statements and disclosures

• Track and ensure closure of review comments from internal reviewers and auditors

• Liaise with object owners to implement required changes

• Support preparation of CFO presentation deck and commentary inputs

• Coordinate and oversee EY client assistance package relating to financial statement disclosures, ensure back-up to the note disclosures are complete and accurate.

• Support EY audit follow-ups and corrective action plans (CAPs), as needed

• Support review of mapping changes and updates, as needed

• Support the Senior Manager Finance on various ad-hoc business requests impacting financial accounting and regulatory capital.

Must have :

• CPA designation

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or coordination roles

Nice to have :

• Familiarity with CDM reporting tools, an asset
