Our crown corporation client is seeking a Sr SAP SRM & LO Consultant to provide strategic evaluation - 00977

40 hours/week. Contract goes till end of March 2026. Fully remote in PST time zone within Canada.

Must Have:

• SAP SRM (including sourcing, procurement, supplier performance management) functional analysis
• SAP LO (Logistics components like MM, SD, WM, LE) functional analysis

Overview:

• Client requires a strategic evaluation of SAP SRM and LO for business needs, system capabilities, and long-term IT goals. They are currently using an older customized version of SRM which cannot be upgraded and looking to reduce the technical debt in SRM or decommission SRM and migrate functions into SAP ERP.

Accountabilities:

• Support the modernization of SRM and SAP LO implementation to simplify/enhance and reduce technical debt.

• Consulting and facilitating solution sessions, presenting and collaborating with IT and business partners in order to deliver solutions that meet business requirements while leveraging standard functionality available in the application solution;

• Designing technical solutions in alignment with corporate standards and guidelines; using corporate standard tools and guidelines to document, estimate, plan and deliver change and support services from an IT perspective;

• Mentoring and cross-training of team members;

• Identifying and participating in continuous improvement opportunities;

• Documenting functional and technical solutions, test artifacts, service introduction and communication/change management plans

Deliverables:

• Document options including pros and cons

• Document the strategy to implement the selected option

• Document the solution architecture for selected option

• Regular communications/presentations to key stakeholders to inform on status and progress

• Session materials for training/onboarding
