On behalf of our GoC Defence based client, S.i. Systems is searching for a Sr CRM Salesforce Architect to provide expert support for an HR Complaints Process Transformation.


The Defence based client is replacing legacy on-premises complaints applications with a new Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. All existing complaints processes will be migrated to the new solution (Salesforce platform). In addition, the new solution will interface and interoperate with on-premises systems and networks. This endeavor requires a resource who has knowledge and experience and can perform the required tasks quickly and with minimal supervision.


Located in National Capital Region, this contract shall be performed remotely with some onsite meetings.


Job Tasks:

  • Review and analyze current solution implementation and ensure the current implementation ensures future scalability;
  • Review and analyze current solution implementation and ensure adopted licensing strategy will ensure cost efficiency for future iterations;
  • Review application and program design or technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and to recommend performance improvements;
  • Create technical specifications and architecture documentation outlining existing design and integrating future designs;
  • Provide information, recommendations, and support for ongoing Salesforce development;
  • Provide support to applications and/or technical support teams in the proper application of existing infrastructure;
  • Lead and participate in architectural discussions and decisions;
  • Support deployment team and provide technical recommendations;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues;
  • Contribute to Project Management artefacts (plan, schedule, briefs, risk and issues log);
  • Attend meetings as required.
