Tasks:
- Analysis and development of business ''critical success factors''.
- Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
- Plan and Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.
- Design interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through systemcentered change;
- Design interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through people-centered change and result in: bringing about change, an improved environment, greater involvement and a more responsive workforce;
- Carry out performance monitoring and reporting activities on change management.
- Development and implementation of change management strategies, plans, framework to support transformational activities.
