Our valued public sector client is looking hire a Top Secret cleared Sr Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to support various defence projects of Electro-Optic, C4ISR, technical surveillance and tactical communications systems

Tasks:

5.3.1 Review existing work processes and organizational structure;

5.3.2 Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows;

5.3.3 Identify candidate processes for re-design; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes;

5.3.4 Provide expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions; identify and provide preliminary costs of potential options;

5.3.5 Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies.

5.3.6 Identify and recommend new processes and organizational structures;

5.3.7 Provide expert advice on and/or assist in implementing new processes and organizational changes;

5.3.8 Document workflows that identify process inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement;

5.3.9 Use business, workflow and organizational modeling software tools; and

5.3.10 Attend project meetings; prepare records of decisions and other related documentation.

Must Haves:

• Top Secret SIGINT clearance
• 4+ projects experience improving information products
• 4+ projects experience enhancing work process solutions
• 4+ projects developing recommendations for organizational and/or personnel based solutions
