Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Bilingual Change Manager to develop a change readiness document and assist with the resistance to change for an overarching departmental archiving project.


Must Have:

  • 10+ years’ experience with ADKAR change management methodology
  • 4+ years experience in Federal Government
  • Valid Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification
  • Canadian University degree or diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Reliability Status Security Clearance


Tasks Include:

  • Conduct a change impact and readiness assessment
  • Develop a change management strategy
  • Develop and execute an Organizational Change Management plan
  • Design and execute a stakeholder engagement plan
  • Develop and implement a communication plan
  • Develop and deliver training and learning programs
  • Monitor adoption and user feedback
  • Develop and execute a resistance management plan
  • Create and implement a reinforcement plan
  • Provide ongoing reporting and recommendations
  • Develop a Change Network or Champion Program
  • Accessibility and Inclusion in Change Activities.
  • Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to the project team through training, demonstrations, and clear documentation throughout the project
