Line of Business: Mortgage Service Centre

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension or conversion)

Location: Hybrid - Mississauga (in office 2 days a week, 1 set day one floating.)


Role Mandate: Candidate will be joining the Mortgage Servicing team responsible for the end to end management of the mortgage process, assisting specifically with the discharge process.


Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Completing Optimizer requests
  • Processing FCT payouts
  • Actively working the shared mailbox
  • Actively checking voicemail box and responding accordingly
  • Navigating multiple internal systems daily


Must-Have Skills:

  • Attention to detail/Organizational skills
  • Time Management
  • Excellent communication skills [verbal and written]
  • Collaboration & team skills.
  • Willing to Learn


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
