Senior Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant to join a long-term HR systems integration project

Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant to join a long-term HR systems integration project. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the WFS platform for Time & Attendance, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with planned extension to June 2026 (9-month project)

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the Workforce Software (WFS) system to support Time & Attendance processes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure integration between WFS, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation of functional specifications.
• Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Provide expertise in WFS best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure system changes comply with project standards and timelines.
• Support end-users with training and documentation as required.

Must Haves

• Proven experience with Workforce Software (WFS) configuration in Time & Attendance.
• Strong background in integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP.
• Understanding of HR business processes, particularly workforce management and time tracking.
• Experience with full-cycle implementation projects (design, configuration, testing, deployment).

Nice to have

• Experience with other HRIS/time management systems is an asset.
• Prior involvement in long-term HR transformation or global rollout projects.
