Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, specializing in high quality editing and audio post-production.

• Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist (5+ years)
• Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro (5+ years)

Overview:

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, creative storytelling abilities, and technical expertise in video and audio editing to help support the FP&R (Force Posture and Readiness) Project which is a large-scale data readiness and digital transformation initiative to modernize how enterprise data is prepared, governed, and used for decision-making. It combines the development of a standardized, interoperable data platform with data profiling, quality assessment, analytics enablement, and governance in a cloud-aligned environment.

Tasks:

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products
• Perform post-production tasks including color correction, transitions, and visual enhancements
• Develop and oversee end-to-end post-production workflows to improve efficiency and quality across projects
• Provide creative direction and editorial guidance to ensure alignment with brand or client vision
• Consult on storytelling structure, pacing, and content strategy for video projects
• Edit and enhance audio for clarity, balance, and overall quality
• Troubleshoot complex editing, audio, and rendering issues during production
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet creative and technical standards
• Manage and organize media files efficiently
