Senior Technical Writer to write a national technology plan for border services in the public sector.

Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Technical Writer to leverage the statement of requirements document to create a national technology plan for border services. The client's goal is to create a future state roadmap document to identify technology needed to keep the border protected.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new documentation materials as required, ensuring that technical content is presented in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
• Collaborate with development teams, QA specialists, and operational staff to gather necessary technical details and confirm accuracy.
• Interviewing and meeting with stakeholders to gather further information/requirements or for clarification purposes.
• Consolidate the information from the existing SOR and recommended enhancements into one guide that can be used nationwide.

Must have:

• Experience writing security documentation
• Strong technology background

• Border services experience
