Duration: 18 Months+

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, 3 days in office)

Our client seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership for ECC to S/4HANA migration on private cloud. This role requires deep S/4HANA technical expertise combined with the ability to lead technical teams through complex migration while ensuring architectural integrity across all workstreams.

• Lead technical strategy for ECC to S/4HANA migration including private cloud deployment
• Provide technical governance across all 5 workstreams ensuring coherent approach
• Oversee integration architecture including middleware strategy and API management
• Drive technical risk assessment and mitigation for migration complexity
• Lead cutover planning and technical go-live activities
• Partner with Solutions Architect to ensure aligned technical vision
• Manage technical team including SI partner resources and technical leads
• Resolve technical escalations and conflicts across workstreams
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability requirements
• Oversee data migration strategy and execution
• Drive technical innovation and SAP best practices

• 15+ years SAP technical leadership experience
• Multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations as technical lead
• Proven ECC to S/4HANA migration experience (brownfield preferred)
• Private cloud deployment expertise
• Deep understanding of SAP HANA database and performance optimization
• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, and integration technologies
• Data migration tools expertise (LSMW, Data Services, Syniti)
• Strong vendor management experience with SI partners
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related

• Financial services experience
• SAP S/4HANA certifications
• Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• TOGAF or technical architecture certification
