Our client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect with Maximo experience to work with vendors to support integration, design and end-to-end data flows across Maximo and CCS


Must Haves:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Solution Architect - design and implementation of solutions involving multi system integration, with in-depth knowledge of design patterns relevant to enterprise systems integration.
  • 10+ years' experience implementing IBM Maximo.
  • Strong functional knowledge of IBM Maximo, particularly work orders, assets, service requests, and related business processes.
  • Experience working with Oracle CCS or customer billing and service platforms and understanding customer, meter, and service point data.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, message based integrations, and data transformations.
  • Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud or similar) and common enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical design documents, interface mappings, and logs, and translate findings back to business users
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully work in a highly collaborative and consensus-driven organization.
  • Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document the interfaces and integrations required between the systems that make up the Work and Asset Management program.
  • Serve as the primary techno-functional liaison for Maximo-CCS integrations, including service orders, device and meter data, service points, and related master and transactional data.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functionalspecifications, interface mappings, and integration use cases.
  • Work closely with integration and development teams to support the design, build, testing,and deployment of interfaces.
  • Support event-driven and API-based integrations, including validation of sequencing, error handling, retries, and reprocessing scenarios.
  • Participate in SIT/UAT, defect triage, root cause analysis, and coordination of fixes across teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and system behavior across Maximo and CCS.
  • Maintain integration documentation, including interface catalogs, data mappings, and operational runbooks
