Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to support divisional ServiceNow projects and other BAU activities within Corporate Services Technology portfolios

One (1) Solution Architect with a strong background on ServiceNow and exposure to Microsoft Azure/O365, SharePoint and Integration platforms. This resource is to support 2022 divisional ServiceNow projects and other BAU activities within Corporate Services Technology portfolios.

*Resource Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will define and develop solution architecture diagrams, different viewpoints, models, matrices and design documentation for implementation projects that supports the most efficient, reliable, scalable, and secure solutions to meet the business needs and technology strategy. This includes planning, evaluating, recommending and designing products and architectural solutions in compliance with corporate and IT strategies, legislative requirements, policies, standards, architecture principles, patterns and reference architectures. The Solution Architect will build cohesive, future forward solution that leverages enterprise technology assets and best practices using modern software development, deployment and operations principles. Leads and facilitates the design and implementation of repeatable technical solutions and processes related to technology solution architecture.

• Lead the practice and introduce the overall technical vision for ServiceNow to various project team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders, lead the conversation and development of the end-to-end solution architecture, documenting solution Blueprints and Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) including conceptual, logical and physical architectural diagrams, models and views, leveraging API’s, integration patterns, standards and architecture best practices. · Translate business and functional requirements definition for Claims Management, downstream systems and reporting into technical and non-functional specs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, taking into consideration operational costs, security, performance engineering, application development and systems management.
• Work with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with architecture directions, reference architectures, strategies and roadmaps.
• Explore solution architecture options and secure stakeholder support for the selected option.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of hands on experience working with ServiceNow SaaS solution design and Architecture:
• Adequate experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) specifically CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Adequate experience in MID server
• Experience in creating architectural diagrams, conceptual, logical and physical
• 5+ years of system and solution architecture experience
• Proficient in creating technical and architectural diagrams, and presentation ofsolution designs to various stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and ability describe architectural designs for approvals at various management levels
• 7+ years of experience in overseeing the development activities, ensuring architectural integrity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience working within a complex multi-cloud, hybrid and virtualized datacenter Environment
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure/O365, SharePoint and IBM Integration platforms (IBM WebSphere Message Broker, MQ & IIB)

Knowledge & Skills:

- Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

- 5+ years of hands on experience working with ServiceNow SaaS solution design and architecture

- 5+ years of system and solution architecture experience

- 7+ years of experience in overseeing the development activities, ensuring architectural integrity are

maintained throughout the project lifecycle

- Exposure to Microsoft Azure/O365, SharePoint, IBM Integration platforms would be an asset

- Architecture Certifications such as TOGAF and CDMP would be an asset
