Mandatory Certifications (both):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM and request management
• Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes
• Strong understanding of the Request Management lifecycle and its integration with ITSM modules
• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration
• Ability to manage certificate inventory and related ServiceNow flows

Nice to haves:

• Preferred optional certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Procurement team to analyze existing procurement workflows and approvers within ServiceNow
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules to automate and standardize procurement processes
• Implement compliance controls and audit trails
• Create dashboards and reports to improve visibility and support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and governance policies
