Description
Our large, enterprise Public sector client is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 technical support for a Windows based environment.
This is an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be working full-time onsite from the Winnipeg Buffalo office location and the position will require flexibility working various shifts to accommodate a 7-day/24-hour operation.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years' experience working as a Service Desk Technician or in a Technical Support role
- ITIL certified and with demonstrated solid ITIL background
- Experience monitoring and providing Tier 1 support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, Active Directory, and Cisco Unified CM
- Ticket management experience using Cherwell Service Management
- Have and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers license
Nice-to-Haves:
- HDI Support Centre Analyst certificate
- Asset management experience
- Technical competency at monitoring and providing Tier II support level
- Data manipulation skillset
- LGCA license
