Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing activities within a complex enterprise SAP environment. This role will lead the testing strategy, planning, and execution, with a strong focus on automation using Tricentis Tosca.

Location - Toronto

Work Mode - Remote

For candidates in Toronto it will be hybrid mode

Duration - 3 months plus extension

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall testing strategy for SAP implementations and enhancements
• Develop and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts across multiple workstreams
• Lead manual and automated testing efforts using Tricentis Tosca
• Oversee test execution cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure full test coverage
• Establish and enforce testing standards, governance, and best practices
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Provide leadership to testing teams and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables
• Support cutover planning and post-go-live validation activities

Must Haves

• 8-10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in a Test Lead role
• Strong experience in SAP testing environments (S/4HANA preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation
• Proven ability to develop testing strategies, test plans, and test scripts
• Experience managing end-to-end testing cycles in large, complex programs
• Strong understanding of defect management and QA methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
