Our client is seeking a Senior SAP S/4 EWM functional analyst design, configure, test and deliver SAP S/4 Advanced EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) to support the client’s business processes and operational requirements.

Mandate :

• Role : SAP S/4 EWM functional analyst
• Start date : Asap
• End date : March 2027
• Time zone : EST
• Location : Flexible but ideally in the Montreal area - would have to come to Montreal at least 3 days a month - All expenses paid

Project Scope

• SAP S/4 HANA on private cloud implementation - Green field
• We're implementing OTC, LE, EWM, TM and some of the RTR modules.
• We will have two go lives : One in October 2026 and the other in February 2027
• Right now, we are in the explore (design phase)

Required skills :

• English required but French is more than nice to have - French candidates will be prioritized
• Strong SAP EWM S/4 HANA
• End-to-end SAP S/4 implementation experience
• Leadership skills
• Food industry experience is nice-to-have

Role description :

• Leads Design workshops. This includes gathering functional requirements, designing SAP S/4 Advanced EWM configuration setup, designing business processes, and providing leading practices to enhance the client's access to the features/functions of the solution
• Identifies, configures and unit tests SAP according to the client's requirements and security roles
• Supports data conversion and integration development efforts
• Supports integrated testing cycles
• Reports workstream progress against tasks in the Project Plan along with the status of risks and issues to project management weekly.
• Escalates issues and risks that may impact the project timeline or project quality
• Reports to the EWM team lead
• Oversees the work of 3 offshore resources
